The production of cherries during the month of May has become a strategic objective on the part of the group, Demand for the product is high and our productive zone allows the cherry to ripen earlier than other producing areas.

Furthermore, the cherry is a product of great organoleptic and nutritive interest, its balance of acidity and low sugar levels make it ideal for infant feeding. Its level of folic acid makes it highly recommended for diets of pregnant women and its level of antioxidants is also much higher than most seasonal fruits.

POMEGRANATE

Until recently the cultivation of the pomegranate had been associated with marginal land and production, however, the appearance of new varieties has allowed us to plant intensive orchards that produce pomegranates of great quality and of great organoleptic interest due to their high level of antioxidants. Already a valued commodity in juice production, their demand for sale as fresh fruit is increasing

NECTARINE

Nectarines are the main crop of the fruit department of the group, Agroven Internacional S.L., which specialises in their production, particularly those of yellow flesh. These varieties are characterized by a very good balance between acidity and sugar: in most, the low acidity gives them a certain level of sweetness without high sugar levels.

KAKI

This is a crop that has recently been introduced in the area, but which is achieving organoleptic results well above expectations. The persimmon produced in our fields acquires a firmness superior to that of other productive areas and the taste quality is becoming a differentiating factor.
